Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [2–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM AEST] will be processed on the next business day. During peak holiday periods or promotions, processing may take up to [5] business days.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been posted, delivery is handled entirely by Australia Post, and transit times are outside of our control. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier congestion, extreme weather, or other circumstances on the carrier's end.

3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within Australia.

4. Order Tracking & Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking details will typically become active within 24 hours.

5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact Australia Post immediately to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Returns
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility. For information regarding returns or refunds, please review our full return policy.
